Fa'idodi masu amfani don kare kan ka da wasu daga COVID-19

1.Ka sanya abin rufe dan taimakawa kare kanka da wasu.
2. Kasance ƙafa 6 ban da wasu  waɗanda basa zama tare da kai.
3.Sami rigakafin  COVID-19  idan ya samu.
4. Guji taron jama'a da kuma rashin iska mai kyau a cikin gida.
5. Wanke hannayenka sau da sabulu da ruwa. Yi amfani da man goge hannu idan ba a samu sabulu da ruwa ba.

1.  Sanya abin rufe fuska

Kowane mutum daga shekara 2 zuwa sama ya kamata ya sanya abin rufe fuska a gaban jama'a.

Ya kamata a sanya masks ban da kasancewa aƙalla ƙafa 6 a rabe, musamman ma a kusa da mutanen da ba sa zama tare da kai.

Idan wani daga cikin ku ya kamu da cutar, ya kamata mutanen gidan  su kiyaye tare da sanya abin rufe fuska don gudun yadawa ga wasu.

Wanke hannuwanku  ko amfani da sabulun hannu kafin saka abin rufe fuska.

Sanya abin rufe fuska a hanci da bakinka kuma ka sanya shi a ƙarƙashin goshin ka.

Sanya abin rufe fuska da kyau ta gefen fuskarka, zamewa madaukai a kunnenka ko kuma ɗaure zaren bayan kai.

Idan dole ne ku ci gaba da daidaita maskinku, bai dace da kyau ba, kuma kuna iya nemo nau'in mask daban ko alama.

Tabbatar zaka iya numfasawa cikin sauki.

Daga ranar 2 ga Fabrairu, 2021,  ana buƙatar abin rufe fuska  a cikin jiragen sama, da bas, da jiragen ƙasa, da sauran nau'ikan jigilar jama'a da ke tafiya a ciki, ko cikin Amurka da kuma cikin cibiyoyin jigilar fasinja na Amurka kamar tashar jirgin sama da tashoshi.

2.  Nisan kafa 6 daga wasu

A cikin gidanka:  Guji kusanci da mutanen da basu da lafiya .

Idan za ta yiwu, kiyaye ƙafa 6 tsakanin mutumin da ba shi da lafiya da sauran mutanen gida.

A wajen gidanka:  Sanya tazara 6 tsakaninka da mutanen da basa zama a gidan ka.

Ka tuna cewa wasu mutane ba tare da bayyanar cututtuka ba zasu iya yada ƙwayoyin cuta.

Kasance a ƙalla ƙafa 6 (kusan tsayin hannu biyu) daga wasu mutane.

Nesa nesa da wasu yana da mahimmanci musamman ga  mutanen da ke cikin haɗarin kamuwa da rashin lafiya sosai.

3.  Samun Alurar riga kafi

Alurar rigakafin COVID-19 na iya taimakawa kare ku daga COVID-19.

Ya kamata ku sami  COVID-19  idan ya samu.

Da zarar anyi muku cikakken allurar , zaku iya fara yin wasu abubuwan da kuka daina yi saboda cutar.

4.  Guji cincirindon mutane da wuraren da basu da iska sosai

Kasancewa cikin taron jama'a kamar a gidajen abinci, sanduna, wuraren motsa jiki, ko gidajen silima yana sanya ka cikin haɗarin COVID-19 mafi girma.

Guji sararin cikin gida wanda baya bada iska mai kyau daga waje kamar yadda zai yiwu.

Idan kuna cikin gida, shigo da iska mai kyau ta buɗe tagogi da ƙofofi, idan zai yiwu.

5.  Wanke hannayenka sau

Ka kasance mai yawan  Wanke hannuwanku often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
