1.Gqoka  isifihla-buso esimboza ikhala lakho nomlomo  ukusiza ukuzivikela wena nabanye.
2. Hlala ngezinyawo ezi-6 kusuka kwabanye  abangahlali nawe.
3.Thola umuthi wokugoma uma utholakala kuwe.
4.Gwema izixuku nezikhala zasendlini ezingenamoya.
5. Geza izandla zakho njalo  ngensipho namanzi. Sebenzisa i-sanitizer yesandla uma insipho namanzi kungatholakali.

1.  Gqoka isifihla-buso

Wonke umuntu oneminyaka engu-2 nangaphezulu kufanele afake izifihla-buso emphakathini.

Amaski kufanele afakwe ngaphezu kokuhlala okungenani izinyawo eziyi-6, ikakhulukazi eduze kwabantu abangahlali nawe.

5.  Geza izandla zakho njalo

 Geza izandla zakho often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

After touching animals or pets
● Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
